These soft juicy kababs will fill your mouth with water and these will become your favorite kababs because these kababs are rich with the flavor. The kababs can be stored for months and you can make them for iftar in Ramadan.
Ingredients Required:
- 1kg Chicken 500gm Thigh pieces and 500gm breast pieces
- 3 Large Onions
- 20 Garlic Buds
- 1½ inch Ginger
- 1 Bunch Mint
- 1 Bunch Coriander
- 10 Green chilies
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Chilli
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt As Per Taste
- 4 tsp Gram flour Roasted
- 3 tsp Clarified Butter
- Coal For BBQ Flavor
- Some Oil For Stir Frying
First, take the chicken and cut it into small pieces don't remove the fat because the fat will help kababs to become juicy. After cutting chicken take a chopper or mixer and add 3 large onion,20 garlic buds,1½ inch ginger piece,1 bunch of mint,1 bunch coriander and 10 green chilies. Then chop all the ingredients in the chopper or mixer after chopping adds the chicken pieces and chop it with all the ingredients then take it out. After that add 2 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Garam Masala, ½ tsp Pepper, 1 tsp Chaat Masala, 1 tsp Crushed Red Chilli, 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Cumin Powder, ½ tsp Turmeric Powder, Salt As Per Taste, 4 tsp Gram flour Roasted and 3 tsp Clarified Butter and mix it well. After mixing burn coal and place it in a small bowl and put it in the middle of the mixture then drop some clarified butter on coal and cover it immediately and check it after 15 minutes. After 15 minutes remove the coal and let it marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight in the fridge. After 3-4 hours grease a tray with water and also grease your hand to start making kababs you can watch the video for full instruction. For freezing, kababs put the kababs in the freezer for 2-3 hours and then pack them in a ziplock bag or tight container and you can eat them anytime you want and fry the kababs you want to eat.
